handshakeMediation is a process in which a third-party neutral assists in resolving a dispute between two or more other parties. It is a non-adversarial approach to conflict resolution. The role of the mediator is to facilitate communication between the parties, assist them in focusing on the real issues of the dispute, and generate options that meet the interests or needs of all relevant parties in an effort to resolve the conflict.

Mediations and Arbitrations are conducted personally by Bing Bush, Jr.  With over twenty years experience in a variety of civil trials and other litigation, Bing recognizes both the value of litigation, and the value of resolution.  Additionally, Bing was trained and certified at the  top rated Dispute Resolution forum in the United States,  Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law. Bing is also a member of“The Association for Conflict Resolution”, “The Southern California Mediation Association” and the “Dispute Resolution section of the American Bar Association”.

Bing Bush, Jr. has represented plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and corporations in numerous lawsuits during his career.   His experience has enabled him to personally assist in bringing resolutions to a wide variety of cases where neither party believed resolution was even possible.

Arbitration:

Unlike arbitration, where the third party neutral listens to the arguments of both sides and makes a decision for the disputants.

Bing also personally conducts Arbitrations in a variety of civil matter, business disputes and personal injury cases with a fair and balanced approach.  His aim at Arbitration will be to render a full measure of impartial justice to all parties.
